Day 7: What are your most-loved ways to relax?
Sleep; for no doubt. Because, what else? 😂
Sleep is the best for relaxing body, especially for resting purpose. If you ask relaxing for please myself, of course my answer will be different.
But … sleeping already pleased me. So, maybe my answer still same. 🤔
Based on an article in internet, there are some ways to relax ourself. The easiest one is breathing exercises. Some other ways:
- Soaking in a warm bath (I don’t have bath-tub 😂)
- Listening to soothing music (hmm, still confuse what kind of music that soothing me up)
- Do yoga (I never do it even once, lol)
- Write about your feelings (can be the second option after sleep!)
- Take a walk or do some other activity (hmm, prefer not doing anything in particular for relaxing)
- Get a massage (not my option because I’m ticklish 😐)
- Have a warm drink (OH, I LOVE HOT COFFEE)―that doesn’t alcohol or caffeine (… oh, okay 😌).
Hmm … sleep still the best for me. 😴
